Follow up project will be an additional 100,000 square foot cold storage facility add on with an estimated value of $30,000,000. This is a Hispanic owned business located along the US/ Mexico border. Funding solution expected to be through the USDA Supply Chain loan program. I will also be working on arranging equity participation to match the owner’s contribution towards this project.

Childcare Facility in Arlington Texas

Construction and permanent SBA 7a loan for $2,100,000 in Arlington, Texas for a Woman owned, Black owned business. Follow up project for the acquisition of real estate and the construction of a day care facility in Midlothian, Texas estimated value of $2,500,000.

Funeral Home in North Texas

Acquisition of an additional site $2,400,000; Refinance of existing funeral home in Fort Worth, Texas at $1,900,000; project development of the acquisition of a Dallas, Texas funeral home $2,500,000 Hispanic owned business. SBA 7afinancing; CDFI financing and a contemplated SBA 504 loan for a follow up Dallas project.
